The Salad Bar provides a modular vertical growing structure that has a small footprint area but large productive garden area. The bar transforms itself from a productive garden by day, into a cocktail bar by night where the mint for your Mojito can be picked directly from the living wall.
The size and shape of the Salad Bar can be adapted to suit a variety of spaces. Being a thin 'wall' it has great application as a boundary fence shared between neighbours, or a freestanding garden feature. Compost trays and worm farms provide a closed recycling system were nutrients are returned to the growing modules.
